1215th Garrison Support Unit (USAR) - Located at Willow Grove Naval Air Station (WGNAS), Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, with a Detachment at Ft Drum, New York the 1215th's mission is to augment the Ft Drum Army Garrison during mobilization and to assist in the processing of up to 288 Army units with an approximate strength of 42,000 National Guard and Army Reserve Soldiers.

The 4215th's Peace Time Mission is to conduct physical exams for military and federal personnel at the McGuire Medical VA Center in Richmond, VA.
 
4th Brigade, 78th Division (Exercise) - The 4th Brigade is one of 7 training brigades of the 78th Division (EX). The Brigade is located in Richmond, VA.
 
80th Division (IT) - Headquartered in Richmond, VA, upon mobilization, the 80th Division will proceed to Fort McClellan, Alabama, and support expansion of the U.S. Army Training Center by conducting Basic Combat Training (BCT) and One Station Unit Training (OSUT) in Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) 54B (Chemical Operations Specialist) and MOS 95B (Military Police), using Mobilization Program of Instructions.
 
99th Regional Support Command (RSC)(USAR) - The mission of the 99th is exercising peacetime command and control of all assigned units. The 99th also provides full-service support to all Army Reserve units in its assigned area of operation. Another aspect of the 99th mission is supporting Army Reserve unit mobilizations during periods of crisis and war, as well as reconstituting units following demobilization and return to home station.
