Radiation Laboratory - Mission: To support the existing degree programs in sciences, in engineering, and other fields and to foster interdisciplinary academic activity at the UMass Lowell campus and within the UMass system as a whole.
 
Student Health Services - The staff consists of nurse practitioners, a part-time M.D., a health educator, a secretary, and an insurance coordinator. While walk-in service is provided for emergency first aid, students must have an appointment to see the nurse practitioner or M.D. for an illness or routine health care.

Tsongas Center-Tsongas Industrial History Center - A collaborative project of the UMass Lowell Graduate School of Education and the National Park Service at Lowell National Historical Park. The Center encourages the teaching of industrial history in a hands-on way through on- and off-site educational programs for over 50,000 students annually.
 
UML Athletics - UMass Lowell Athletics is an NCAA Division II program with Division I Ice Hockey. UML River Hawks sponsors 20 varsity sports, and competes in Hockey East, the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) and the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC).
