Edgewise Electrolit Centre - Carol Hamshaw and Heather Haley's site is involved in telepoetics and other literary events. They also have put together the best site I've seen featuring contemporary Vancouver poets. A rich assortment of real audio accompanies their texts.
 
Electronic Poetry Center Home Page - Real video archives of poetry readings by Robert Creeley, Bruce Andrews, Edwin Torres, and others. Also featured is an index of "kinetic" interactive poetry, and hypertext poetry specifically geared toward interactive use on the internet.

HarperAudio - Caedmon - The Caedmon Records imprint, now a part of HarperAudio, has a long history of issuing excellent recordings of poetry, as well as other literary spoken-word recordings. The HarperAudio website includes excerpts from recordings available for purchase.
 
HarperAudio public archive - This small archive includes poetry readings, in most cases by the original authors, in various audio formats; among the more notable poets are Robert Frost, Robert Graves, T. S. Eliot, Langston Hughes, Ann Sexton, Wallace Stevens, J. R. R. Tolkien and Dylan Thomas.
